Prior to utilizing our Services, carefully review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) and Privacy Policy.
Your access to and use of the Services is contingent upon your acceptance of and adherence to these Terms. They are applicable to all individuals accessing or utilizing the Services. By clicking on the „Register“ button during the registration process, you express your acceptance of these Terms.
Should you disagree with any aspect of the Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to access or use the Services.
Fititok Services
Fititok offers the Services to customers based on the following conditions. Upon accepting these Terms, Fititok grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable license to utilize the Services strictly in accordance with the selected functionalities, whether free or paid (the “License”). This License remains effective throughout the contractual relationship between Fititok and you under these Terms and extends to all general updates, maintenance, or free upgrades of the Services. The License expires automatically upon discontinuation of Service usage and uninstallation of the respective mobile application from your device.
You are prohibited from:
- Selling, sub-licensing, renting, lending, or otherwise distributing the Services or any associated intellectual property rights or making the Services accessible to third parties.
- Using or accessing the Services in violation of applicable laws or the intellectual property/personality rights of third parties.
- Using the Services in a manner that jeopardizes their security or functionality, or for purposes not expressly permitted in these Terms.
- Engaging in activities that violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or compromise the rights of third parties.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
- Tampering with or attempting to test vulnerabilities in the Services.
- Uploading malware or corrupted files into the Services.
- Removing or obscuring proprietary notices in the Services.
- Using the Services to develop similar products/services or conducting vulnerability testing without authorization.
- You may utilize content within the Services solely during the License duration and in compliance with its terms. Alteration, reproduction, distribution, or any unauthorized use of the Services and their content is strictly prohibited.
Suspension of Access; Scheduled Downtime; Modifications.
Fititok reserves the right to suspend your access to or use of the Services under the following circumstances:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Breach of these Terms, especially conditions of the License or uploading illegal content.
- Provision of false or inaccurate information.
- Conduct violating relevant laws or regulations.
- Behavior towards Fititok representatives or other users deemed threatening, abusive, or harassing.
- Addressing emergency security concerns.
- Pending modifications to the Services by Fititok.
- Fititok may release updates, patches, and bug fixes to the Services, which will generally be available to users. While users aren’t obligated to install updates, Fititok cannot guarantee Service functionality without them. Fititok reserves the right to modify or change the Services, including rendering them temporarily or permanently inaccessible, at its discretion and without prior notice.
User-Generated Content
By uploading content to the Services (e.g., photos, reviews, comments), you grant Fititok a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for any purpose.
Fititok may use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or communicate your content as necessary for Service operation. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you hold all necessary rights to it.
Fititok may, at its discretion, modify, delete, or block content that violates these Terms or legal regulations.
For clarification, acceptance of these Terms during registration implies explicit consent to these provisions.
Services and Prices
Free Services
Utilization of the Services for free grants access to basic functions. Additional functionalities may require separate payments for custom content modules.
Paid Services
Subscription types are detailed in the Services and/or respective app or website.
Trials
Fititok may offer free trials for certain Paid Services.
Prices
Fititok reserves the right to change prices for Paid Services or Trials. Users are notified of price changes, and acceptance is implied by continued Service usage post-change. Refusal entitles users to unsubscribe.
Your Health
- Use of Fititok Services carries inherent health risks. Prior medical consultation is advised, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
- Nutritional advice users must verify suitability of recommended foods.
- Services are not suitable for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers.
- Fititok Services do not substitute medical advice or treatment.
- Fititok makes no guarantees regarding fitness results and advises consulting with experts regarding Service usage.

Confidential information, including personal data, is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
User’s Account
- Compliance with legal requirements of your residence country is necessary for Service usage.
- Minors must use Services under legal guardian supervision.
- Providing accurate registration information is mandatory. Updates to information are required when relevant changes occur.
- Opening a user account necessitates downloading and installing the application and completing registration requirements.
- Registration completion requires accepting Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Security measures include email verification upon registration.
- Fititok allows maintenance of accounts post-registration, with extended functionalities requiring payment.
Conclusion of a Contract
- Contract formation occurs upon registration completion on the website or mobile applications.
- Contractual terms do not extend to relationships with app store suppliers.
- Additional services can be purchased through one-time payments or subscriptions. Contracts form upon purchase completion.
Payments
- Fititok reserves the right to pursue late payment claims.
- In-app purchases are billed by the app-store supplier.
- Users are responsible for declined payment-related costs.
- Fititok may restrict payment methods based on legitimate reasons.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are subject to specific conditions and must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
- Cancellation of Paid Services becomes effective at the next payment period.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the method used for Service sign-up.

Liability and Guarantees
